At this time of year, it’s important to remember that a lot of people are struggling and to be sure they don’t fall through the cracks. The Daily Times Merry Christmas Fund has been able to help a lot of people over the years and we’re hoping to continue that now when the need is so great.
The 42nd Annual Daily Times Merry Christmas Fund allows The Salvation Army to provide registered families with a food basket containing three meals, including breakfast and a full Christmas dinner.
The Salvation Army hopes to assist 400 families and seeks $50,000 in donations, a mark it has come very close to hitting in recent years.
